Just got back from a pretty interesting concert at Woodruff Arts Center. If you're into Steve Reich and Philip Glass at his weirdest and can stomach two hours straight of progressive tonal dissonance, then Michael Gordon's got your back. To my classically-trained ears though, the night did little more than send me to lullaby-land. At least I finished off with some delicious vanilla chai at Cafe Intermezzo. Mmmm.. can't go wrong with candlelight and tea.
In other news, chictopia's doing an ultra-cute Valentine's event that runs on until February 20th. Winner receives a Forever 21 gift card for $300, but even if you don't plan on entering, it's totally worth a peek. Here are some of my favorite outfits posted so far.

I got lots of makeup freebies from the super plush Mary Kay day at Alpha Gam house. My bangs have been retrimmed into decent order now too, so I'm long overdue for new pictures! :)

This week, I need to get my poor bruised butt (sat down hard on an electrical socket the other night, the feeling is completely unspeakable) over to the library to do some major printing work. It's a rough few days coming ahead, but like my beautiful basil plant, Henry (courtesy of the IKEA down the street), we thrive on!
